According to the restaurant many of their customers experience this same issue with Grubhub/ Seamless.” Not to mention both times I lost the $4.97 service fee. ![]() This is the second time that I had to go to the restaurant and pick up my food with a house full of company because Seamless did not follow up with the restaurant order. Looks like I’m not the only one here that has experienced terrible service with Grubhub /Seamless.
